2. Custom/Personalized Orders

  • Orders for custom or personalized jewellery items cannot be canceled once production has started. These pieces are made specifically for you, so please ensure that all details are correct when placing your order.

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
